We created this site for anyone interested in understanding IT and IT work.
Our content is relevant for many people who interact with IT professionals or are involved with IT projects, such as:
- Business Professionals and Managers,
- HR and Talent Acquisition Specialists,
- Technical and IT Recruiters,
- Business School and MBA students,
- Or anyone who wants to know more about IT!

We are still working on creating a complete set of IT information about Tech Jobs and the IT terms and lingo associated with them.
Once we reach a solid level of content, we expect to charge the equivalent of a small monthly fee once every 3 months for full access. This revenue will ensure we can successfully support a growing user base with a quality and high-performance service.
Until then, Members can enjoy all content and site features for free!

No, we only send automated notifications that relate directly to your site activity.
These will include automatic reminders about your Membership before its expiration date. Similarly, you will receive notifications if you use the Support Forum’s “Subscribe” feature for topic updates or open a ticket on our Helpdesk portal.
In short, our site will only send notifications directly related to your platform usage! We like it that way and hope you do too.
Content Questions

Anyone can access all topics marked as “Public” and all topic intros and definitions.
This is important to point out: ALL users have access to the core information for ALL topics, and not just the ones marked as Public in the navigation pane.
The “Member” designation means that Members can access the premium coverage for those topics.

A Membership provides access to all topic coverage and site features that make our online IT information platform the most productive and enjoyable to use.
Those features include:
- A handy Word Search with on-page result highlighting,
- Precise topic selection with four live and combinable filters,
- Q & A support with the ticket portal and in the Member Forum.
This approach strikes a healthy balance between helping all users with extensive public content and providing Members with a compelling offering!

The “On This Page” topic index can clarify if access to Premium Content would be helpful or if Public access is sufficient.
Our Premium Content approach is comparable to how we cover Essential-level topics, which all users can access.
