Subscription Plans in October 2023 – Great Free Option

We are currently offering just one membership option: the MVP level. We are working on building out the content as we transfer topics from our prior CMS system to the new platform.

We plan to offer Membership options that cover three levels:

• Basic – for access all IT Terms in the IT Dictionary section, full Forums access and full content search
• Pro – for access to all IT Terms, Tools, Jobs, and Vendor topics in the IT Dictionary sections
• VIP- for access to all Term Lists with job summaries by IT Job and Tech Insights for more IT coverage.

All Members who sign up for the MVP plan before these standard Memberships go into effect will be able to continue to renew their subscriptions for free as long as they wish to continue to have access to our site. This is an excellent option to expand our audience and reward you for being an “early adopter”!

We also welcome questions from new MVP Members about IT topics. Offering a private Q&A helpdesk is a great way to discuss your IT questions.

You can submit these to our team through the Helpdesk / Support link in the Membership menu, which is active after you log in. We will reply directly to you and are interested in using these questions as a source for content in the Insights section so all Members can benefit. Your history of discussions with our team is retained in your personal ticket history on your account!

When the standard Membership plans go into effect, this feature will only be available for an “invite-only” MVP group, as discussions should happen in the Forums.

So, the current MVP plan has this unique feature now, free of charge, and your discussions with our team will enable us to expand our content with relevant new topics!
